Our Mission
Match International Resource (MatchGlobal) is an innovative company dedicated to international industry-academic cooperation and talent matching. We help Taiwan's hospitality and service industries quickly solve manpower shortages by connecting overseas interns and Vietnamese overseas students, building stable, professional, and diverse teams.
Our Overseas Interns Program partners with universities in Vietnam, India, and Indonesia to bring high-quality hospitality and culinary students for 6-24 month internships. We handle screening, visa documentation, housing, and cultural integration for a smooth start.
Our Vietnamese Overseas Students Program works with Taiwanese universities to place Vietnamese students already in Taiwan into part-time or flexible roles. We manage matching, onboarding, arrival support, and continuous follow-up so students and employers stay aligned.
